I’m looking for a new tenant of a 31m2 band room.
This is a room located at the Claudia House of Sounds Zürcherstrasse 320 – 324, 8406 Winterthur, you can be as loud as you wish and use it as often as possible and be sure nobody will complain about it.
The whole room has a carpet and also a 3×2 carpet for a drum kit. If you are interested and willing to move in the next couple of months, I will offer those. I could also offer you a small couch and probably some other useful stuff in a good condition but that I will no longer use.
The room is available to move in as per agreement.
